Whether you’ve forgotten your password or just need a security refresh, resetting your login credentials for your institutional email is a quick and secure process.
Follow the steps below based on your current situation.
Option 1: You Forgot Your Password
If you are locked out or cannot remember your current password, use the Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) portal.
Visit the Portal: Navigate to the Password Recovery Page.
Identify Yourself: Enter your full email address or Username.
Verify Your Identity: Choose one of your pre-registered recovery methods:
Text/SMS: Receive a 6-digit code on your mobile device.
Personal Email: Receive a recovery link via your secondary email.
Authenticator App: Approve the request or enter the rolling code.
Create a New Password: Once verified, enter your new password.
Note: Your new password must meet the security requirements listed in the "Password Guidelines" section below.
Option 2: You Know Your Password (Standard Update)
If you can still log in but want to change your password for security reasons:
Log in to the school Dashboard or Webmail.
Click on your Profile Icon in the top-right corner and select Account Settings or Security.
Select Change Password.
Enter your Current Password, followed by your New Password.
Click Save/Update.
Password Security Guidelines
To keep our campus network secure, all passwords must meet the following complexity requirements:

| Minimum Length | At least 12 characters |
| Character Types | Must include Uppercase, Lowercase, Numbers, and Symbols |
| Exclusions | Cannot contain your name, username, or birth year |
| History | Cannot be any of your last 5 passwords |
